I love getting together with our Elite agents.

Yesterday I flew up to Atlanta and met with some of our Georgia Elite REO professionals over lunch at Maggiano’s in Buckhead. We discussed how business is going, what’s working, what’s not working, what to expect ahead and how to be ready to take advantage of the opportunities. The market may be grim but there are opportunities everywhere.

Although our niche is REO/BPO, we are a full service brokerage which allows our agents to be flexible in what they offer to their valued clients. One agent is working on a large USDA farm deal, while another is marketing to international investors from Russia. We spent a good deal of our time discussing how to incorporate social media with their individual marketing efforts….and that our Elite polos need to be marked MENS or WOMENS in order to save any future embarrassment (although Wesley, I think you rather enjoyed flexing in your Women’s polo for the patrons of Maggiano’s!)
